Next review, Codona, Don Cherry’s other magic group! Just like Old and New Dreams, pure poetry. The experimentation with non-Western instruments and music can sometimes get a little bit too far off the track but it is consistently interesting, creative and sincere.

I've never listened to Codona. I probably should, as some of the Nana Vasconcelos stuff I've heard has been stunning.
